Why AUM?
Mr. Batkhuu, Director of Operations, joined AUM as a student in 2016 and majored in Business Administration. He has worked at the university since 2019, and says he stays for the harmonious, family-style work culture and how fulfilling the job is.
Philosophy
His approach to life, and to problems in particular, is "to take baby steps, and to not give yourself too much pressure."
Seven schools
He attended roughly seven schools before university:
- Kindergarten and first grade in America
- Second and third grade at Hobby International School
- Oyunlag School
- School No. 1
- Another school back in America
- The high school affiliated with the National University of Science and Technology
- And finally, graduation from School No. 1

- He recently started working out and plans to take up golf soon.
- His favorite food is American-style fried chicken, the savory kind, like buffalo wings.
- He has traveled across Asia and Europe, including Thailand, Vietnam, the UK and Japan, and would like to visit Africa someday.
